Completely based on our rosé, this 'sparkling wine' is also composed of Bobal and Tempranillo, only the percentage composition differs slightly from that of our rosé.
Our sparkling went through a cool, short fermentation and was bottled without additional treatment or filtration, so it has a beautiful strawberry-red color after removing the “lie”.
Our sparkling smells and tastes distinctly like red fruit: strawberry, cherry and raspberry. A real fruit bomb.
Drink this wine as an aperitif or with a meal. Drink this wine now, sparkling wine is not a wine for storage.
